Q: How much does your apparel cost?

A: All prices are dependant on quantity and apparel you need. Contact us by clicking here and we will get back to you within 1 business day.


Q: Are there any other costs involved?

A: The only other costs involved are taxes (within Alberta) and shipping. International customers outside of Canada are also responsible for any duty fees.


Q: When do I need to pay for my customized apparel?

A: Once you submit your order form we will send an invoice to your email where you’ll be able to make a down payment on your order. Once the payment is made our designer will have a digital design ready for you within 5 business days. Once you approve the digital design the rest of the payment will be requested before we manufacturer the order.


Q: What type of payments do you accept? Is it safe to pay online?

A: We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. We can also accept e-transfer within Canada. All of our credit card transactions are processed through through Wave which is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification.


Q: I’m not an artist how can I send in my design idea?

A: We want to make it as easy as possible to bring your idea to life. Simply fill out our form and upload any pictures of ideas you have for your jersey design and logos. This can include images you found online, a simple picture of a drawing you made, a computer generated image from programs such as paint, photoshop and illustrator or any other way you can think of.


Q: I found a jersey design/logo online that I like but want it to be changed to fit our team better. Can this be done?

A: Of course! Just upload the images you found online through our form and describe the changes you need in the text box to the left of the uploader. If our designers have any further questions they will get in contact with you.


Q: Will I be able to see my design before it goes into production?

A: Once we receive your design idea we get our designer to make a digital design of your apparel. We then send you the digital design to be approved before sending the apparel to be manufactured.


Q: How long does it take to see our digital design?

A: Our designers will have a digital design ready for your approval within 5 business days.


Q: What is the minimum order quantity?

A: There is no minimum order requirements. Reorders can be made in any quantity and we make it quick and easy to outfit new teammates with apparel. Prices will reflect the quantity of apparel ordered.


Q: What is your return policy?

A: Our items are 100% customized for you, therefore we cannot accept returns unless there is a mistake made on our end. It is very important to make sure all sizes, colours, numbers and names are correct when placing your order.


Q: How long will it take to receive my apparel?

A: Our designers take up to 5 business days to create your a digital design. Once you approve the design and send us all the information necessary for the customized apparel it takes an average of 3 weeks to complete. In total it should take about 4 weeks.


Q: Can I reorder the same apparel I ordered previously? What are the prices?

A: Yes! We save all our previous designs so if you ever need to reorder you can simply send us an email and we can reproduce any apparel needed. We’ll get back to you within a day with prices and any questions we may have.
